Recent appointment

We are pleased to announce the recent appointment of Kathy Bilderback as Office Manager, BTS East. Kathy is responsible for Customer service, particularly ensuring results and sampling supplies are delivered to clients, a function she was already performing with us. Prior to joining BTS, Kathy held administrative positions with Allen Bradley, Proctor & Gamble and Anheuser Busch in the Midwest US. She may be reached at 978-535-9990
