Directions to BTS West
The lab is located just outside the town of Minden in the southern end of the Carson Valley, about one hour south of Reno Nevada, 40 minutes east of Lake Tahoe (ideal weather conditions), one and a half hours east of Sacramento, three and a half hours east of San Francisco.

From Reno Airport:
Take Hwy 395 south, (Carson City/Lake Tahoe). Continue straight through to town of Minden. You will pass the Carson Valley Inn hotel on the left, at next light take a left onto Buckeye Road. Continue on this road for approximately one mile, you will pass Bently Nevada’s corporate headquarters on the right. At the next 4 way stop, take a left onto Orbit Way. Take first right into parking lot; Building 2 is on the right. Follow sign to front entrance and use the speakerphone to let us know you have arrived.

From Gardnerville/points south
Take 395 North; Take a right onto Buckeye Rd just before the Carson Valley Inn. Follow directions as above.

From Lake Tahoe
Take Hwy 50 East/south to Hwy 395 south to Minden. Follow directions as above.

Important Note: If you are coming over the Sierra Nevada anytime from October to May, please check the weather conditions at the mountain passes before you go! Severe winter conditions (snow, ice) should be expected, with chains often required, and/or four-wheel drive vehicles. Drive carefully!
